When Liz indirectly or directly listens to others as she goes about her day, she often empathizes and thinks about the one tool, resource or maybe question that might be helpful for the other person to hear, just enough to shift their thinking. No one, for sure, has ever experienced everything life can throw their way, much less feel the other person’s exact level of emotional distress, but Liz understands what it’s like to be in a sluggish place where it feels like you are stuck in quicksand. You want to fight it off, feel better, get a moment of respite, find a solution and get out, but the more you try, the deeper you sink. Throughout the years, Liz was fortunate to work with gifted persons who helped her and continue to share their tools that continuously shape and help her create her future. When Liz observes or participates in these small albeit not insignificant exchanges throughout her day, it resonates with her, but more importantly, fills a deeper, invisible well that Liz is able to listen to understand, reflect on their words and offer a question, comment or a thought provoking response that might help fuel the shift. Being able to do this on a more intimate scale allows her to work clients and help them arrive to a place of greater clarity and purpose at the possibilities that lay ahead. Together Liz helps her clients set achievable goals, eliminate any fears, counterproductive habits and thoughts that are success roadblocks and achieve breakthrough results in work and in life.
