Liz brings more than 20 years of strong experience in coaching, training and development in Fortune 500 and start-up companies designing and customizing high-energy leadership and communications skills trainings that lead to personal transformation and increased personal performance. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with senior leaders and subject matter experts to build and evaluate curriculum for facilitation that defines learning objectives followed by intensive 1:1 coaching in the financial, pharmaceutical and publishing fields.

Liz believes that “we are all under construction” and that coaching is a transformative tool that provides leaders with the clarity to access the answers they already know. She partners with leaders to remove internal obstacles, clarify goals and develop a roadmap for success, taking leadership effectiveness to the next level. 

Liz’s coaching process is centered around asking powerful questions and listening to understand so clients reflect and and achieve greater self-awareness. She provides the structure and framework that leaders can carry with them to think more concretely and strategically.

Fluent in Spanish, Liz has travelled the world extensively, having lived in Europe and Latin America and those experiences allow her to connect and bring fresh perspectives to her coaching sessions. She is a lecturer in “Strategic Business Communications” at Montclair State University’s Feliciano School of Business, New Jersey's Most Innovative Business School.

Education: Master’s in Educational Leadership and Bachelor’s in English, both from Montclair State University, New Jersey.
